Certified Sites

One way BNSF works to ensure the right solution is offered to each customer is by scouting out potential sites for development in advance of customer inquiries. BNSF's Site Certification Program identifies optimal rail-served sites and conducts in-depth reviews of ten economic development criteria to determine if the site meets BNSF’s stringent readiness standards, which are intended to minimize development risks customers may face.

Arizona

Surprise, AZ

The Southwest Railplex is a 292-acre park located in the Phoenix metro-area, situated near Loop 303, Loop 101, and SR-60 in Surprise, Arizona.

California

Shafter, CA

Wonderful Industrial Park (WIP) is a 1,625- acre, master-planned industrial development located in the southeastern part of Shafter, California, about 20 miles outside of Bakersfield, CA.

Illinois

Galesburg, IL

Galesburg Business Park is a 350-acre, municipally-owned site located in West-Central Illinois and is located 45 minutes of Peoria, IL and 45 minutes south of the Quad Cities.

Greenville, IL

The John Kelsey Business and Technology Park is a 440- acre, rail-served industrial park on Interstate 70 and I-55, about 50 miles outside of St. Louis. and within 30 miles I-57 and I-270.

Wilmington, IL

Elion Logistics Park 55 is a 30+ million square foot, rail-served, mixed-use industrial park located 60 miles outside of Chicago.

Fort Madison, Iowa

Fort Madison Industrial Site is a 128-acre site with 116 contiguous acres available for development located off 4-lane US Highway 61.

Glenwood, Iowa

Mills Crossing Mega Site is a 1,600+ acre mega site in Western Iowa, minutes away from I-29 and I-80 via 4-lane Highway 34.

Middletown, Iowa

Commerce Center of Southeast Iowa is 153 acres located within a 19,000-acre Army facility in Middletown, Iowa.

De Soto, KS

Astra Enterprise Park consists of 205-acres located near the BNSF mainline with quick access to both Lawrence and Kansas City.

Dodge City, KS

Dodge City Business Park consists of 244 acres located in Dodge City and is located on US Highway 56 and 109.

Newton, KS

Kansas Logistics Park (KLP) consists of two 42-acre parcels located on the southeast side of Newton, Kansas off Interstate 135 and State Highway 50, about 25 miles outside of Wichita, KS.

Minnesota

Becker, MN

Becker Industrial Park is a 67-acre site adjacent to US Highway 10, 10 miles away from I-94 and 48 miles from I-35 and is 50 miles north of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Mississippi

Holly Springs, MS

The Springs Industrial Park is 1,200-acre site located northwest of Holly Springs, Mississippi just north of Highway 22 and about 40 miles southeast of Memphis, Tennessee.

Missouri

Hayti, MO

The Pemiscot County Port Authority has the Duane Michie Industrial Park which is a 250-acre property located south of Missouri State Highway 84, and east of Missouri State Highway D.

Joplin, MO

Wildwood Ranch consists of 503 acres located in both Jasper and Newton counties southeast of Highway 66.

Montana

Great Falls, MT

The Agritech Park is an industrial development comprised of ten lots totaling 197 acres 900 acres surrounding the initial development, making way for a 1,110-acre rail-served industrial park.

Libby, MT

Kootenai Business Park is a 400-acre park that lies about 30 miles east of the state’s border with Idaho and 80 miles south of the state and national border with British Columbia, Canada.

Poplar, MT

Fort Peck Tribal Industrial Park consists of 45 acres and located south of an existing BNSF Railway line. Fort Peck Tribal Industrial Park is conveniently located north of U.S. Highway 2 in Roosevelt County, Montana.

Shelby, MT

The Port of Northern Montana Multimodal Hub Center consists of 18 leasable lots totaling 93 acres in Shelby, Montana located at the intersection of Interstate Highway 15, and US Highway 2.

Nebraska

Seward, NE

Seward/Lincoln Regional Rail Campus consists of 194 developable acres (231 total available acres) located in the City of Seward and is in the South Seward city limits, just off Interstate 80.

New Mexico

Clovis, NM

The City of Clovis Industrial Park is a 240-acre site is located adjacent to US 60, 70, and 84 East.


Gallup, NM

Gallup Energy Logistics Park, LLC (GELP) is an industrial development with a 365-acre parcel approximately five miles northwest of Gallup, New Mexico within proximity of Interstate 40 and NM State Highway 491.


Los Lunas, NM

The Central New Mexico Rail Park is a 1,420-acre development in Los Lunas, New Mexico about 25 miles south of Albuquerque.

North Dakota

Minot, ND

Logistics Park of North Dakota is 386 acres and is located in the northeast corner of Minot, North Dakota, north of Ward County Road 12.

Oklahoma

Ardmore, OK

Ameripointe Logistics Park has two sites of about 500 acres in Ardmore, Oklahoma, about 40 miles north of the Texas/Oklahoma border and proximity to Interstate 35.

Avard, OK

Avard Regional Industrial Rail Park is a 508-acre industrial park in northwest Oklahoma off of US Highway 281 via Garvin Road and U.S. Highway 64 via County Road 370.

Enid, OK

Easterly Industrial Park is 320 acres located approximately three miles east of the City of Enid, Oklahoma and is located 26 miles from I-35.

South Dakota

Sioux Falls, SD

Foundation Park is a new, multi-user industrial park in Sioux Falls, South Dakota with 430 acres suited for rail-served development.

Texas

Gainesville, TX

Camp Howze Rail Park consists of 126 acres and is located northwest of Gainesville city limits. 

Somerville, TX

Somerville Industrial consists of 103 acres and runs adjacent to BNSF Railway line. Somerville Industrial is conveniently located east of State Highway 36 and 20 miles outside of Bryan-College Station, TX, in an Opportunity Zone.

Temple, TX

The Rail Park at Central Pointe is an industrial district with 306 acres for rail-served development and is located in Temple, Texas off Interstate 35, about 65 miles north of Austin.

Washington

Pasco, WA

Reimann Industrial Center consists of 150 acres located in Franklin County, Washington, in the City of Pasco and is located west of State Highway 395 and owned by the Port of Pasco.

Wyoming

Upton, WY

Upton Logistics Center is operated by Tiger Transfer and is located in the city of Upton about 45 miles east of Gillette, WY. It has 295 developable acres and is within proximity to State Highway 16 and Interstate 90.

Canada

Northgate, SK

The Ceres Northgate Terminal is located on 1,300 acres in southeast Saskatchewan adjacent to the United States and Canada border with North Dakota.
