Expanding our Outreach

BNSF strives to maintain strong relationships with our communities, customers, and suppliers. We actively partner with communities where we live and operate to facilitate learning, positive relationships, and support.​​​

We continuously work to expand and diversify our teams throughout our organization by participating in various high school, trade school, college and military career fairs with a focus on recruitment of diverse candidates. As well as, we partner with niche organizations to reach females and people of color to promote our job opportunities at BNSF.

Moving the Nation

The freight we move for our customers is the lifeblood of our nation’s economy. We are a tight-knit team that works as one, brought together and made stronger by our multiple views and backgrounds to deliver the best solutions. What we do is a team sport, and we are driven to win with a common purpose, always putting safety first, taking care of each other, and creating a workplace that is welcoming to all.
