Welcome! Friends of BNSF is a community for:

• Supporters of BNSF
• Advocates of freight rail and infrastructure
• Railfans
• Rail photographers
• Rail history buffs
• Employees and retirees of BNSF and its predecessor lines
• Family members of employees and retirees

If you have a connection to or affinity for BNSF, you’re welcome to join. It’s a way to stay informed about happenings at BNSF, learn more about how freight rail contributes to our way of life, explore the company’s rich history, connect with other company supporters and participate in contests and giveaways.

We have two ways for you to participate. You can choose one of these, or do both!

There are already more than 16,000 members in our rapidly growing group, and they’re having a great time sharing photos of trains, model railroad layouts, and collected railroad artifacts. We also discuss topics related to the company’s trains, history, community activities, priorities and challenges. If you’re on Facebook, we’d love to have you take part! 2. Subscribe to our email newsletter list.
