developable. The site is zoned Heavy Industrial and is bordered to the south by BNSF Railway.
North of US Highway 412, Easterly Industrial Park is conveniently located 26 miles from I-35 and
is served by 66th Street, a new industrial grade road.

Logistics Park Galesburg is a 350-acre site located in West-Central Illinois. Galesburg is 45
minutes west of Peoria, IL and 45 minutes south of the Quad Cities. This site is flat in topography
and has access to rail and truck and is bordered by I-74 and the BNSF Peoria Subdivision rail
line. It is designated as a Foreign Trade Zone as well as an Enterprise Zone.

Gallup Energy Logistics Park, LLC (GELP) is a rail served industrial development on 2,500 acres
of property located in McKinley County, approximately 5 miles northwest of Gallup, New
Mexico. The site is permitted for heavy industrial development and provides access to roads,
rail and utilities. BNSF has certified a 365-acre rail-served parcel located within the 2,500 acre
development. The site plan calls for 11,000 feet of rail connecting to the BNSF mainline and
recent improvements have been made to local roads creating ease of access to Interstate 40
and NM State Highway 491.
